Back when I was 16, we were on a school trip and there was a girl I liked who was also a friend of mine, we were on some hiking trail and I could see she was bored af so me being me I went over there and started talking whatever bs I could come up with, there was some other guy who really liked her and he started grabbing her to pick her up and she was like no I'm talking to X (me), and then she turns back to me and says I'd let you pick me up, I joked she kept insisting, I picked her up for like 10 seconds then we both almost broke our necks in front of everyone, it went as a joke as if like I tripped on something for everyone else, but she knew I believe she was cool with it though, next day I joined a gym
