Someone stole my Gmail account and is using it to post scam videos. How's your Sunday, August 28th going so far?

Well, some f*cking asshole hacked my Google account last night and immediately changed the recovery email and phone number to it and are currently using my YouTube channel to shill scam videos. I just learned that Google has among the sh*ttiest, most f*cked up cybersecurity in the world and they basically tell you you're SOL if you get hacked. An account I had for 13 years that someone can just slip into the backdoor of, change the phone number and recovery email of, and they tell me "Oh well, LOL! It's your fault if someone hacked you." Some people have gotten their stolen accounts back, including big YouTubers like GlitchXCity, but I don't know how they did it.

I tried that and it doesn't work. Neither does the Google Account backup passwords. Google really is the shittiest fucking company I've ever seen. Even Microsoft doesn't let changes like this happen instantly and makes you wait 24 hours before account info is changed IN CASE someone hacks your account, and they send backup verifications as well. Hundred billion dollar Google can't do that though...

Yeah that’s pretty ridiculous. Any normal sane person who saw what your content on YouTube was yesterday and what it is now would know someone hacked it.

I really try to minimize my footprint on the web. If somebody hacked my gmail account I would just walk away from it. I have one credit card I use just for online purchases. It got hacked once but the company cancelled the charge and issued me a new card. If they didn;t I would just not pay it and let them try and take me to court if they wanted to waste their time. I would never give anyone access to my bank accounts. I pay my gym membership by the year. A new supermarket opened in town and they do not take personal checks. They want a debit card or access to your bank account. Neither my wife or me will go there. You want to be able to deal from a position of strength with these companies.

Lol I have never been hacked on Google ever or any email but I figured if someone was to hack you, you get warned over 100 times, by your phone did you click on any hijack links?

No. That wasn't it. And they did it at nearly 4am, when I was sleeping. I woke up at 8am to see I was signed out of everything.

Do you logg into your email on any computers at work? Since they knew when you sleep cause the SK time zone Hella different so it has to be someone close.

It was a hacker that did it. I found out many YouTubers (not that I am one) have been hacked with Bitcoin scams showing up on their channels.
