I'm classically trained in opera, I toured in Europe with a kids choir for a summer, I have impressed every person I've ever cooked for, there isn't a job in the restaurant industry I haven't done except management

I like singing as a pastime. But I have always been in the bass range. Not to say that its a bad thing, but it definitely is limiting if there is no proper knowledge and application of upper-range techniques.

I don't know, is this stuff genetic? My mom was a 2nd Sop in a choir, and my dad (although he never really participated in choir) is more like a baritone. So it doesn't make sense to me.

And now I know who to ask for cooking advice haha
