Nothing.

It smells awful, it pollutes the surrounding air, and it plugs up synapse points in the brain, making cognitive fuctions worse, satiation worse, and senses worse.

Not bashing it because i never tried it.
But i have noticed something about the smell of weed.
If ya walk past someone smokin it, it almost has a similar smell of a skunk.

  I get really relaxed and feel euphoric. My whole body has like numbness to it and I normally laugh a lot more while high. I just feel really good all over.
