Have you ever made a prank call to someone you don’t know?

I did, when i was 7 years old i pressed a number of one of a girl who bullied me and she picked it up and then I made a snarky comment. I was with one of my friends that day and we laughed out asses off. I also changed my voice to be more funny.

I regret doing that but at the same time i don't. She deserved it.

Oh yeah, in high school me and my friends would just dial random numbers or businesses and screw with people. Except this poor old guy. Some of my friend's friends would prank call him and they gave us his number, and oh man. We must've called the poor bastard like 50 times. Me and my buddies would also dial the operator and ask to get put through to celebrities.

One time my buddy prank called a Priest and was like, "Is your refrigerator running? Holy shit, it's possessed!"😂

Oh man, those were good times. We wouldn't be able to get away with it now with everyone having cell phones and caller ID

I'll never forget the prank call I made years ago when I was 5, I was left home alone because my mum and dad were out. It was great you know having the house to myself. It was then that I thought it would be really funny thing to do to prank call the police. Yes I'm telling the truth I did call the police just to have a conversation with them. They sent a policewoman round in a police car and she told me don't call unless it is an emergency in a kind manner.

What else was there to do in junior high school when all your girl friends had a sleepover? Make prank phone calls!! We did a lot of them because we picked their numbers to call out of the phone book.
For those of you that haven't heard of phone books, they were paperback books given to each household and business. It contained everyone's name, address, and telephone number. The White Pages were where you could find people. The yellow pages is where all of the business advertised and had their business listed in the book.

Back in the day when I was little I use to prank call people with my friends from time to time on a landline until Caller ID killed it. As for being pranked years back a couple of chicks were looking for their Sargent & I came up with a weird voice & they liked it so much they kept calling back.

I called someone who is in my best friends school so he didn’t know me and lets just say it involved personal info and kidnapping.

I made a prank call with friends once 🤣 and boy was it funny. There was a kid like me on the other side. I don't remember exactly but I couldn't make it funny and just talked nicely with him.

Then another time it was me and my sister and then we called someone who spoke a foreign language, I think it was English but didn't know much to say and we just froze 👀.

Telephone used to be very very expensive. 3 dollars per minute when this all happened

That's funny slave, I was just thinking yesterday about all the prank phone calls I made as a child. I had 2-3 cassette tapes full of them, and would play them at my parents'dinner parties to make everyone laugh. The best is when I would call the local TV station and go on their air with the talk show host. Trolling is the modern-day equivalent, I think.
