Does anyone else pace to music?

I used to a lot more when I lived alone but now I will do it sometimes when everyone is asleep. Like I’m talking I can do it for hours and it’s kinda embarrassing hence why I do it when everyone is asleep. I’ll just listen to music daydream in my own world and pace.

Nothing wrong with that at all.
Music can help take you away from everything going on around you, which can be a good thing to disconnect once in a while.
I still play in a community band, and that time as well as when I am practicing you can just loose all sense of time.
It is a great escape, and probably very healthy for you as well.

Yes , I love music and usually Friday nights after a week of work , I will have a couple brews and listen to music all by myself and escape into my own world , relaxing and unwinding

i don't pace but i do recycle cans to music. i drink a lot and crushing the cans is a lot more enjoyable this way

I do dance and I enjoy acting but when I am doing this it’s not necessarily dancing.

oh... I really only do that at the gym. I'm usually pretty tired by night time and either watching tv or just relaxing
