I’m a dentist and the way their mandibles relate is very unusual when they were kids. But then I’m another photo it looks different. There are also marks on them and their eyes that correlate to each other.

There's been several women claiming the same over the years, all have been fakes. My gut feeling is it's just another wanting their 5 mins of Instagram fame.
Obviously they could check very easily with DNA test and my suspicion is they already have.
