i used to know all that stuff php javascript css html c++ and they all sucked complete waste of time. it's only useful if you're making websites for clients or personal reasons or making apps or software like firewalls or antivirus other than that i wouldn't even bother wasting my time anymore with that

I am following the money, and rn, tech jobs seem to be some of the best paid. At least I get to work from home and get paid great money without a degree.

if you're going that route you only have 3 options either work for apple or microsoft or make your own apps. if you decide to work for apple or make your own apps then you need to learn swift. if you work for microsoft then you need to learn all the other shit languages out there like vb (visual basic) phython cobolt java javascript C++ C php perl and those damn server type progams for webdesign and sql mysql. you could also take a job at adobe or topaz

Python is great for working with data. Artificial intelligence. Machine learning. So much your can do with it.

Depends on what I want to do. TS/JS is probably last for me as I don't like doing front-end stuff.

You can develop full stack with those. I am fullstack.

I've never tried doing a complex algorithm with them so I don't know how they'd be for that. I know there are a lot of toolkits now that greatly simplify things, but often if you have a non-standard problem to solve it can be difficult getting them to work as you want.
