Is 60 x 80 the same as 83.1"L x 61"W in a bed?

The bed frame I order is lasted as 83.1"L x 61"W but the mattress I’m finding is saying 60 x 80 ? Is that length (60) w would be (80)

I have no idea on the Inch meausrements so maybe i am wrong.

But i think the matress will fit perfectly, as the measurements of the bedframe are the outer length and with, which are bigger as you have thickness of the woodenframe added to the dimensions of the matress.

I'm guessing it's in inches. To which I'd say this is good. You might have an inch and a half on both sides length wise and half an inch on both sides width wise. I'd say that's good since I don't know if those are inner measurements or outer measurements of the frame.

Keep in mind that the bed frame will always be a little larger than the mattress. The measurements you list are reasonable: half an inch extra on each side and about an inch and a half on each end. This makes sense to me.

I found a bed that says 60 product width
80 depth? Lol is 80 depth the length I’m so confused
