What should I do for fun than being on my phone?

I’m usually on my phone a lot and I rlly don’t know what else to do 😅

Try to get out of the house more, go for walks at a park or do things outside. Things like swimming, walking, hiking or whatever you have around you.

You may find it boring at first, but try to slow life down, pay attention to details of every little thing. The clouds in the sky, the bugs crawling on the grass, it can really put things in perspective while being fun.

If you can't tell I'm a huge outdoors person.

I do coloring books and word searches. They're good from getting away from internet and social media in general.

Play video games, draw, read, watch a movie or tv, play an instrument, build with legos, play a board game, go for a hike, etc.
