Do you think it's a good idea o marry a nice guy but he is very poor?

so there this guy who is super sweet and a complete gentleman. he respects and makes me happy. but he is financial poor, and I'm not poor myself. my upbringing is completely different from his... so do you think that with these differences can work.

what are the down sides dating a poor guy?

Being able to survive means having a sufficient stable income in which you can save.
If he can't even save, he's not worth it; there are plenty of "nice guys" who are OK financially and smart about it.

I don't think it's a good idea. Stick somewhere around your own income level.

He's going to feel like shit not being able to keep up and you're going to want to help him which will then make him resent you for it. That's my prediction.

Being poor isn't a huge tuen off in my opinion. Especially when you can always become a bit richer by trying to study even at the age of 30 and never give up

Yeah he plans too. He doesn't have a bed to sleep on or has a car
