Yes, but I wouldn't spend 25 M$ on a car unless is was unique with lots of specialized functionality like a portal axle, lots of clearance, and "tank turn". I want to be able to drive through 2 feet of snow, up a 45 degree hill and cross a 3-foot slow-moving waterway.
