How often do you require the cleaning lady to clean your house?

Well... usually I don the dress and apron once a week to do a good thorough cleaning, but sometimes I (aka "the lady") do it more than once a week, depending on my pets and if I have been doing any renovations in the house.

We live in a bunglow of three floors. The ground floor is the guest house, the first floor is the office and the second floor is where me and my family stays. A maid comes everyday to clean the staircase and the office. She cleans the guest house weekly. Me and my mom clean the second floor or our residence daily. My sister and dad also give some help in other household chores.

Not really required in my opinion, but we have one that weekly cleans the floor.
The rest I do over the course of the week.

not a cleaning lady but carpet cleaners, usually about every 3/4 months, after all holding parties most week ends there are a lot of stains, of all sorts
