Please save the bees. I will plant these in the garden of my house and you should do the same.
I LOVE bees. And they are essential in the production of much of the food we eat.
Bees love the citrus trees and big rosemary and chaste bushes in our yard. At least that's where I go to watch them because, when they are covered with flowers, bees are all over them. I'm sure they like lots of other stuff, too.
I often just stand close to watch the bees, butterflies and other pollinators busily going from flower to flower. I even have a wide, shallow basin of water with rocks in it for bees to land on and get drinks, especially in the summer.
I cherish bees. I'm not afraid of them and they don't feel threatened by me.

My wife is an avid gardener; fruits, vegetables and flowering plants. She feared actual honey bees from her old country until I showed her that they rarely attack, compared to wasps, hornets and yellow jackets. You can walk slowly among them and they ignore you.

Yes obviously they are important AND are useful as well. We have a small meadow beside our house with two beehives on it. An old forest ranger, now beekeeper is caring for them. We have lots of plants for them in our garden.
Yes, I do care about the bees and the monarch butterflies and when I plant flowers in the yard my choices are mindful of them. 🙂🐝🦋

You can buy small bee kits for pollinating bees, including the bees. These rarely sting and can pollinate a lot. No big bee houses or bee suits needed. Just something small for the backyard. This has a video that explains a bit but really itβs easy to do and great for people who want to help the bees.
https://crownbees.com/chalet-bee-house-kits-with-bees/I have a plot in a public garden with about 90 other people. We have bees nests as part of the garden area, and we abide by rules that provide for bee safety. They are our friends, and without those pollinators, we'd be fucked. We even have non-aggressive wasps that help pollinate the garden, and bats that help too. The food that comes out of our plots is SO superior to anything you can buy in a store, it's ridiculous to even compare.
Sure do. I have some prairie wildflower/grassland areas on my property that attracts all kinds of bees.
It was lawn area when I bought the place and decided to grow a wildflower garden instead to reduce lawn cutting.
Just be careful about displeasing the Killer Bees.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APUWOoUqQhoYeah. Why plant those particular things though?
Are some plants/flowers better for the bees?
It's not really the lack of flowers that kills the bees so how would that help?
Yes, we have bee-friendly plants on our property to encourage pollination.
Without bees, human civilization would not exist.
Yes. Most people are clueless about how important they are.
No! All stinging insects that fly can go extinct as far as I'm concerned.
Anyone who's smart does.
Yes. Honeybees are very important.
