It's a hot day. Do you drive with windows up and AC or have the windows down?

I do both depending on where I am driving.
Obviously if I am on one of my bikes I have no air or windows.
If I am on the freeway I usually have the air on, it is much quieter that way.

How hot? 90? Windows up. On a freeway? Windows up at any temperature because of the noise.

If it is in the 90s I might put the AC on when I start out but when it gets cool I turn it off and open the windows. I hardly ever use AC.

AC. Often it uses less fuel than windows open because of air drag
