some ideas

if you want to stay home: get drunk and vid chat random people in drunk discord servers, watch a good horror movie in the dark at night (or better watch 2-3 of them, and even better with alcohol), talk to your mates for hours in vid chat, take a shit ton of selfies of yourself and have fun with it (like drip up, pose etc), watch some super interesting or fun youtube vids with a nice drink all cozy and everything, try to find a lot of new music, try freestyling singing/rapping/dancing or writing lyrics and stuff, make a bucketlist and try to plan to make it happen, talk to random people online, learn a random new skill like hip hop dances moves or how to make a fire without anything, go on an online shopping spree

if you want to go out: go clubbing (alone, with friends or find random people online to go with you), go take a walk out with some nice music when it's dark out, go hang out somewhere outside that's nice alone with your phone and like watch a tv show or something with a little drink or snack, meet up with random people from online, go hang out with your friends, just go in a bus or metro and ride to the end of the line and back with some music or if you got a car just aimlessly drive around with some nice songs

Plenty of ideas here!! Unfortunately the beach is too far and I don't have anyhting to go camping or fishing. Reading and a boardgame could be good!
