I said horrible things to a girl I really cared about. she was going through things and I was trying to be there for her... and I failed... miserable. I'm normally better but the stakes were never as high. aside from a a great and meaningful life with the most beautiful girl that I've ever seen--she also lived a rough life... I was afraid that she'd fall back into that life... heh, I accomplished everything that I wanted to avoid... longest and the hardest 16 years or so of my life--living every day for the sole purpose of making things right... watching her forgive lesser men, abused and manipulated her... I had to watch as one got everything that I've had to work for with bits of hope here and there--like her adding my great grandmother to her family list... who died before she could contact her.
