Both. I stay up till 1/2 AM, yet I love waking up around 6/7 am every day. It just feels right waking up so early and getting started before others. Days go by too fast when you have shit to do, lmao.

Have been both. Not a big deal to go from one to the other. Depends on what the next day holds whether I stay up late or go to bed early
