Well that would depend on the nature of the attack.

The most comprehensive answer I can think of is; assuming you are expecting to be holding a position for more than 3 days; water, you will die without it, the enemy need not do anything to you.

You don't need anti air if you are only being attacked on the ground, conventional weapons are not going to help you if you are being nuked, for that you would need a star wars laser defence system or similar or whatever future tech energy shield etc.

This just a nonsense question, it would be like asking which is the stronkest; rock, paper or scissors if it wasn't obvious that rock is the best one.

read the question, among weapons... water is not a weapon. and rocks are not effective against tanks any more than scissors.

defund? both sides in u. s. politics fund u. s. military. if you mean u. s. funding of ukraine molitary, you were vary vague, but still better to have a trump business negotiate a cease fire than extending the war.
