Does anyone here see themselves as outgoing introverts, aka extroverted introverts, by any chance?

Being an introvert or extrovert has nothing to do with being outgoing. An introvert is someone who gains energy when they are alone and looses it around others. And an extrovert is the opposite. So you can have 20 friends and be an introvert, although that must be awful😂

I can be outgoing with one close friend at a time. Im selective outgoing. But its harder in large groups.

Not really, when in social environments I put on an outgoing mask, and socialise a lot so that I fit in, but as soon as I leave that environment, I’m relieved to have left.

I recharge socializing privately, I'm only extroverted with likeminded people, but 1 at a time or it's just as draining as being alone.

The term is ambivert. My energy in recharged when I’m alone or with close friends but I can be extroverted when I need to for work
