Depends on the size, I own a store that sells damaged boxes from the big Home store retailers, our vanities start at under $100 maybe not the fanciest or biggest but they are new. Now if you want a brand name like Kohler then expect to save for it. Start by cutting out luxuries you really don't need, finding cheaper places to grocery shop and learn to cook. Making your own breakfast lunch and dinner instead of takeout can save so much money. Visit Thrift stores if you need certain things, you can actually find brand name items in them as well as antiques you could sell online to make money. So many options the lists are endless when it comes to saving or making money.

I would say buy the sink one month and not so much on food

Go on Facebook marketplace. You would be surprised what people are selling and you could save some money by buying a used one but is on the newer side
