Travelling a long distance, long drive, long flight etc and you have sickness and diarrhoea and vomiting all the way.

It happened to my cousin I was travelling with and I felt so bad for him.

I wouldn't call that thr worst travel nightmare but certainly a bad one. That would be very unpleasant to be stuck in a airplane bathroom sick. Not to mention the relative embarrassment I would have. Not that it doesn't happen to the best of us. I can think of worse though. How about a plane crash or car crash. Obviously I'd rather be sick than dead no matter the ailments or embarrassment of going through it.
