Do you follow little voice in your head?

sometimes, it feels like someone is telling me to do things. It's like a voice hearing inside of heart? I don't know exactly but I follow sometimes and don't follow sometimes. Do you have such thing? should I follow that voice or not?

It's not uncommon to have inner thoughts or impulses that can be interpreted as a "little voice" in your head. Whether or not you choose to follow it is ultimately up to you, but it can be helpful to weigh the pros and cons of each decision and to think things through before acting on anything. Lady, you might want to talk to a mental health professional before it escalates and your voice orders you to do something drastic. Going from your posting history here, your head does not seem to be in the best of places.
