The only time I threw up was MANY YEARS ago. I was 12. In 2010.

My stomach was in so much pain I could barely sleep. A little while later I remember that I was awakened in the middle of the night to throw up nonstop. My mouth and nose became a hose. I threw up so much. All over the place. I literally created a lake. When I stood up… I thought it was over. Only to throw up a second lake. I was completely controlled by the barf. I think I chocked over and over due to not being able to breathe. I almost drowned a couple times due to a nonstop throw up.

It was the only time I threw up. And it was absolutely traumatizing. And of course I could barely see anything since it was night. TERRIFYING. This happened in Ecuador 🇪🇨, so who knows what kind of street food poisoned me that night. I’m not a throw-up person. I can contain my disgust very good and I can eat just about anything.
