Don't rely on motivation and make learning a habit.
Spend 10 minutes a day practicing your desired language. When the motivation is there - you'll extent these 10 minutes automatically if the time is there for you and 10 minutes should be to overcome on days your motivation is lacking. Be consistent and you'll slowly learn.

Find a person (male or female, your choice) online in a foreign country, and strike up an online friendship, where you share learning each other's language.
