Sounds like your phone battery is wearing out, I'm going to assume you charge your phone while it's on and leave it charging all night, I heard that's bad for the battery and can burn it and it can start draining quicker and even not charge to it's full potential, I had a phone that I did this a lot and it topped out at 94%
