You look at the clock on the wall (see picture) ... what do you tell them?

In British English, it's half one or arf one if you've got an accent.
Half past one also gets shortened to
ha pas one in speech just to confuse English learners.
Someone once told me that an East Londoner, where rhyming Cockney is used, would call it durdy turdy.
You must take a proud sip from the cup of tea after saying that ☕
One thirty, because a semi-intelligent person will already know that it is the afternoon

One thirty though sometimes I may add the PM to it. It just depends.
I say One Thirty, usually I don’t add the pm.

I think half past one is more like a UK version.
It's 1:30 p. m. what else could you possibly say?
Pm or Am doesn't matter 😅 it's 1:30
one thirty.
I just say it's 1:30
