What is something you are geniunly proud of and something you geniunly regret?

I am very proud of myself for eating healthily & working on my physique even though it has become harder due of recent injuries.

And I don't really regret anything so I can't answer that. I feel that it would take a great loss for me to truly be able to regret anything. And I haven't experienced that yet.

I still need to do more cardio 😆 But I believe I injured many aspects of my upper body. Most notably my shoulder rotator cuff muscles & shoulder tendons.

This was especially difficult to go through because it was during a time where I had to work with heavy things & people around me weren't very considerate towards what I was going through since I appeared fine from the outside.

I still feel some resistance now with my body, but when I give it proper rest for recovery, I feel okay. 👌

Well partially. I'm still very surprised by how my body responds to training. I'll do a few pushups & then be aching (the injured kind) the next day thinking "Oh come on I didn't even do that much." 🤣

Prevented multiple people from committing suicide by talking to them and listening to their story.

Made myself fall to prevent myself from stepping on my cat whom jumped in front of my feet, now I have PCS (a form of brain damage) which greatly impairs what I can do. Might sound very harsh, but I wish I had just stepped on the cat instead.
