I love the sound of the ocean, or other nature sounds like crickets and frogs in the night. The sound of a fire gently crackling, rain, distant thunder, a cat purring (though that is also the vibration/feel of it).
I also dig chill ambient music of various types. I like the sound of my own humming or singing, and Enya humming in this one is wonderful:

A forest full with birds, rain with thunder, wind
the sound of sparks while the wood is cracking ( fireplace , open fires ) has an hypnotic effect on me...

I love all sounds of nature, but the most soothing for me is when the red-tailed hawk calls out as it soars overhead. I also enjoy hearing owls call out to each other back and forth.
