I used to like to snack a lot, but now I release I can't do it anymore, and I want to concentrate on reaching my goal with my weight if I can lose 60lbs I would be happy. I went from 372 down to 254 now I want to do more to make myself feel better.
I used to drink and party every weekend but it's not just that I can't do that now, I don't want to and K regret I ever did. It was a bunch of lost time on unfulfilling "fun".
Play records, got to MY bed in MY house, live my life the way I want to!
Use to eat punnets of icecream and spray whipped cream in my mouth 🙃
