The carton of cigarettes were given to me okay? I quit but need to sell these cigarettes to someone. I'm just asking what is a good price to ask?

That depends where you live because I can get a carton of Marlboro for $68 in Georgia but it’s $115 in New York so you would basically have to price it accordingly for the area unless it’s a friend and you got it cheaper by buying it out of state. I don’t smoke by the way, but when I go on trips, sometimes people ask me to pick up a carton where it’s cheaper When I’m traveling

Back when I smoked and people... routinely had "extra cartons"... in certain parts of town... the street rate was 50% off retail, so depends on where you live. If it's not my brand I want another $10 off.

One guy that I thought was a friend offered me $50/10 packs (a carton). I said no. He can just go to the price the store charges.
I was going to ask for $80 which would be like 2 packs free.
I was insulted because we were friends at one time and he knows my money was stolen from me.
He can just sit on his cheapskate butt with that insult of an offer.

I have no idea what they go for, anymore. When I worked at the 7-11 in the mid `90's, they were just about $4.00 a pack. I can only guess that they're about a dollar a nail, now.
