yes and no.
my friend was in a chat with a girl. they mutually agreed to share photos. later she decided she wasn't into him and used the pic in an effort to get him in trouble. it led to him getting a restraining order
does it mean you shouldn't send a pic to a partner or person who consents? no but it does mean that even with consent, sending a nude pic can be potentially unsafe.
