What pissed you off recently?

I had all of my Christmas shopping done, and I was so looking forward to not going out this weekend bud battling the last minute crowds. Then yesterday my old man tells me he wants to get my aunt a planner in addition to the hundred dollar gift card he already got her, so he wants to go out into said crowds.

This guy uses a Walker, he’s slow, he’s a bull in a china shop, knocking everything over. He’s almost 92, no one has any expectations of him, lmao, I don’t know why he can’t call it a day at $100. I’m pretty sure he has a weird crush on my aunt since my mom died (this is my mom’s sister, hopefully obviously😂), which is weird to even think about with people in their 80s and 90s, lmfao. I found a list of different wordings of how to tell her she looked “gorgeous” on a selfie she put on Facebook that he was asking my help about how to post. I was trying to, without embarrassing him, say that a) everybody sees this, not just her, and b) other people (especially me) might think it looks weird to be saying anything to your dead wife’s sister that even remotely feels like flirting, and talked him into something like “great photo!”, or something neutral like that. Yikes…. moving on….

Anyway, we get to the store and I got to watch it hit him in real time that world has passed him by, and they don’t really sell planners too much (I’m sure you can get them at Staples, this was a search for a more upscale one from a gift shop) because it’s a week shy of 2024 and 99% of people keep their appointments on their smartphone. He doesn’t have a smartphone, so he just has no concept of this. So, we had to pivot, find something else for her, and he just gets such a weird nervous energy like the world is going to end if he can’t get her the black winter hat/gloves and has to go with the charcoal ones. It throws me off.

Anyway, we got through it, but I was up all night wrapping gifts because I couldn’t do it during the day like I had planned.

Dont worry about it. If you let things " piss you off " all you are doing is shortening your own life , take a deep breathe , roll with the punches.

Its why people from USA struggle here , lifes just not about being " pissed off " , who cares , things continue , dont sweat the small stuff.

I was pissed last night.
I was at a party last night suddenly I felt the urge to pissed.
I ask my wife where the bathroom was so could pissed.
So she told me where to go to pissed.
As I ran for the bathroom I felt the urge to pissed getting stronger.
The good news I just made it before I pissed my pants.
Afterwords I was no longer pissed.
