worst advice I could give someone is to invest on crypto...

best one is, invest on your health... especially if you're early 20's... which is when most people take it for granted the most... as they've been enjoying around 20 years of "free healthcare" in a way

Best was to start training muscle, I had been trying to overcome a burnout for very long and he explained the sensation I was still feeling wasn't stress related but just physically being unable to do a task. Once I had worked out for a month or so that went a lot better.

The flu and corona combined reset my progress but going to continue building next Tuesday when I can go work out again.

The worst advice is always stuff I dismiss immediately and usually a form of telling me something I already know I need to do without telling me how to make it possible.

Best tip was health of a person is directly related to emotional well being. I shouldn't try to live like the way others want. And worst thing was really thinking good people reside inside the country and not outside of it. I gladly go find someone in the entire world if I have to now.
