Brock, but only because by 2002 Brock has real wrestling experience while the Undertaker has only professional wrestling.

If it's a WWF match, then whoever they choose to win. Both would be relatively green at the time to pro wrestling.

Well Lesnar has done MMA while undertaker though an athlete and ex nfl player isn't a martial artist.
