Do you re-use a bath towel based on the theory that it must still be clean because you were freshly clean the last time you used it?

After I've used it to dry my ass and feet, I hang it on the shower rod to dry and then wash it before I use it again.

I definitely use it a few times. Tend to dry my hair and face with one end of the towel, my torso gets dried with the middle, and then the other end dries my legs and feet. I'd like to think I'm pretty clean and cover all the nooks and crannies. I can't recall ever getting sick or having legions develop on my skin, so I think I'm doing OK. Our kids must like to see me do laundry because their towels always end up on the floor or in the hamper.

Nah I only use a towel once. Drying yourself after a shower leaves dead skin and hair in it and it's nasty to wipe that back on your body after having just cleaned yourself.

Yes but only for so many showers, I eventually change it out. I also don't dry my whole body, I mostly air dry except for my hair and face, so the towel isn't going anywhere that might be a little gross still anyway.

When I had my own washer and dryer in my other apartment, I would just use it once and put it in the hamper.

Now I use it two or three times. I throw it over the shower bar to dry.

Nope. When I did microbiology one of the things we did was take cultures of a week-old towel. MIght as well be a public urinal. Where do bacteria grow? Warm damp things. Especially if they are absorbant. What's a towel? Yeah I'll pass.

I never do, either. At most, I'll put it on the floor next shower so I don't leave puddles on the bathroom floor when I step out.
