Is Spanish the only language with several versions of It?

So I noticed that I grew up speaking two versions of Spanish and the other two i got hanging with friends so now my Spanish is a mix of Argentinean, Venezuelan, Cuban and maybe a bit of Puerto Rican and when I speak this modified version of Spanish, some people are like what are you saying bro 😂

Most if not all Hispanic countries seem to have a list of words only their Spanish uses and I use several from a mix of different Hispanic countries lol

na there's a lot of other language. for ex french (you got french french, quebecquois, belgian, swiss, luxembourgish, congolese, créole + all the other African/oceanian & caraibian countries who speak french). i know you got german too (austrian, german, swiss), chinese (cantonese, mandarin), arabic (all the diff countries), etc

I believe these are call “dialects”… there are more in Spanish such as those from Columbia, Brazil (Portuguese) are very different from people from DR and PR.
Chinese … around 150 Chinese dialects.
English in the US is very much alike, but we do have the southern accent. English in Europe have different variations like Scottish English, Irish English etc. after thousands of yrs…some have become very different languages.

No it's that in their Spanish some words that I use don't exist in their Spanish's vocabulary, different countries have different words that only people that speak the Spanish from that country would understand or it means something completely different in that version of Spanish.

English has sub forms of Cajun English which mixes in French and creole words, Appalachian English which has German and Irish words etc.
