I'm hopped up on caffiene, but can't stop yawning, I think my brain hijacked all the energy and left none for my body, and I can't sleep cuz of it?

I get like that a lot! My mind and body don't align with each other very well and I have a tendency to get hyper when I'm sleep-deprived and actually euphoric when I'm hungry.
I'm always amazed at how normal my wife is. She gets sleepy or hungry and she's not hyper. Her energy levels function in such a normal way.
Yeah last night I was sleep deprived, but ended up having tons of energy so I did a bunch of work, It's almost like the food I ate long before that was finally giving me energy (which is a huge delay so it made no sense at the time, and that just makes hunger part even weirder because if I'm just now being "charged up" from a previous meal, why the hell am I already hungry?)
After gettting some sleep, I'm now thinking I was tapping into my glucose reserves, and my body realised this and wanted me to refill that.
Burnt out. Sounds like an airline pilot or an ER doctors familiar cruising gear.
I do tend to overwork myself x_x
Take care of you
