I have no idea who this gentleman is. From the writing on the image, I presume that he is Turkish and that he must be some kind of actor in one of those numerous Turkish domestic productions.

My best guess is that if you have no ties to Turkey and that you don't watch Turkish TV, then the rest of the world will not know who he is (or was).

However, in these pictures, he does look mean to me and thus I deduct that he probably is playing the bad guy in one of those dramas that the Turkish movie industry is famous for.
