I trust everyone but generally my worst experiences have been with people who only have a friend or two. So it's a little bit of a red flag for me. I've definitely seen some exceptions like with really nice and reliable people who are just extremely introverted, so it's only a mild red flag for me.

I think it depends on quality as well more than quantity. Like if someone just has a bunch of very superficial and judgmental friends that all dress and look alike, they might be quite cliquey, fake, and trying to win a popularity contest. If they have a diverse variety of really good friends, probably not, and they're probably really authentic people.

Probably most of us have encountered the difference in high school. There's sometimes that girl who is like a cheerleader but she's with a bunch of preppy girls who are all very superficial and judgmental and very fake. Then there's that one girl who doesn't even belong in any clique and she just make friends with everybody she meets while being so kind and friendly to everyone, and that girl tends to be maximally authentic.

A person with too many friends I wouldn’t like. They’re real busy and they just might tell you something that you wanna hear and not take the time to put the effort out

kinda depends why that person has a few friends bc some people are like that for a reason

you know like the girls who say they don't get along with other girls and they like boys better. stuff like that is a red flag
