I wash my cars myself. It's the only way they come out exactly how I want.

I first use a prewash, then a shampoo then hose it all off. Sometimes a wax, then a wax polish and buff to get that glassy shine.. Then I do the wheels and tyres with special stuff.
I always use a products from MER ( I believe they are German)
