With that evidence on hand, you can contact HR first and make a detailed account of what happened. Don't show the evidence yet and let HR decide on what action to take. If nothing happens, then you can use the evidence to go to upper management. If that fails as well because usually a manager has the protection of upper management, then you can seek the advice of a lawyer with the evidence.

However, you must realize that as soon as you accuse a manager with HR and management, you are likely to lose your job. That does not mean that you should remain quiet, quite the opposite. Such perverts need to be reported at all cost.

I got harassed at work as well. Bad employers exist. I wrote a company review basically then they harassed me on the job forced me to leave. They ended up sending people to my home. Somebody leaked my address. A rock was thrown in the window of my home glass shattered as well as the mirror of my car. I took pictures.


If they’re people to your home I would start with a tresspassing order. If it gets worse then you have to hire an attorney
