Mate , you are living in the wrong country to comment on Obesity , and BMI is by far the best measure , she is incredibly FAT , and just because some other fool is FATTER , does not make her weight healthy nor acceptable.
This is the problem in the USA the numbing down of all this because or horrendous diet ( in general ) the normalisation of fast food , and little or no exercise.
