Dude, that's like the ultimate impossible question! I dunno man, what a nightmare to have to choose between saving someone you love or your poor pet.

I guess it would depend totally on the situation, like how close I was to each one and if there was any chance of saving them both somehow. Like if your pet was right there but your person was far away, maybe go for the pet first since it's easier?

But honestly, even thinking about having to let either of them die is gutting. No way it wouldn't mess me up for life either way. Hope to God I never have to make that call, you know?

I'd probably freeze up in the moment and not be able to choose at all haha. Just start crying and hope someone else takes charge to save them both! So stupid that we even have to imagine something that dark. Ugh.

Maybe best not to think too hard on it bro, just give them extra love every day just in case, you feel me?

Considering I love them and they don't love me back, I will probably Live with regrets for not saving Pet.

However I confidently know that my Pet loves me, if I save my Pet and I have to live with Regrets of letting a person die. A pet that loves me wouldn't want me to live like that!..

This is in fact a very easy question, and it is save the person. Humans always come first and it is funny that this question has just been posted by you because thinking about this very thing today.

A decent human being would save the life of a stranger or even criminal over their pets. If people are prepared to put animals above humans then they are a danger to humans and should not only be banned from keeping pets by also sent for a mental health evaluation.
