Body high or head high. Depending on hybrid, sativa or indica. Over time, excessive weed usage affects memory and can cause paranoia. Didn't use it at all until well after college. Then I used for a few months while I was dating a stoner. While it was entertaining, after a while I felt like I was walking around in a constant haze and forgetting people's names a lot more often.
I certainly don't condone the usage for anyone under the age of 21 while their brains are very much still in development, they say it's not harmful but it does make most people cognitively slower. It also slowly kills ambition and a person's inner drives.
I quit and got back the clarity I had before. Don't miss it, except occasionally when I want to more fully experience the beauty of nature and get the munchies.

  Yeah, there's so many things in life to try. A word of caution to be sure you don't try something you can't undo/wash off/break free from.
