NO! You were given your name by your parents, long before they knew what your personality would be. Your personal character, your values, and moral code… Those are things you decided for yourself. Granted, there is a mix of nature AND nurture involved with your character development, but it certainly has nothing to do with your name. That being said… If your parents gave you a stripper-name like “Diamond”, or “Sapphire”, they are setting you up to fail in life, but I still believe that anyone can overcome bad parenting, and become a good upstanding member of society with an excellent moral code, and impeccable character!

@handsomelad70 Well he could be an attorney, I did a quick Google search, and I found 3 lawyer’s with the name Billy Bob X, one Linkedin post of an attorney whose full name seems to be Billy Bob. They could become an award winning actor (Billy Bob Thornton), that’s always an option. Also (and I only look on the screen as it appeared, I didn't scroll down) there were 3 “Billy Bob’s” who are physicians, including one on the faculty of NYU Medical school. So I guess he could be anything from a caring healing physician, to a brilliant defense attorney, or a piece of sh! t corrupt prosecutor, a plumber, a lawn-care guy, a toothless hillbilly, or a wealthy trust fund baby.
