4 obviously stands out the most, the others are at a gym or beach independently showing off just their body whereas she's like in a studio modeling a whole look with pro photographers/editors.

None of them look bad to me, although personally my lowest for attraction of the four would be 1. Just not a fan of the outfit and pose choices, but I'm sure she would look better if professionally shot like 4 is.

So out of 1/2/3 , all are spectacular , love that look , all are very similar , but if I have to choose its 1 .

If you mean Standout for the wrong reason? Its the horrendous image of Sloppy No 4 , but I assume that was not the meaning of the question.

Absolutely #1. #2 & 3 are cute but I like a little bustier or curvy. #4 is an abomination and makes me think of those dreadful Target models on their websites, ads, and in the stores. Body positivity equals = ignoring the reality of obesity being equally unhealthy and dangerous.
