What does it mean when you smell something for the last two days?

I keep smelling lysol, the pine one, smells real good, but, I haven't used it lately. Could that mean anything?

I think sometimes our brain remember smells so even though the smell itself is not there our brain is powerful, and we could be thinking we smell it

sometimes I smell a certain supper, am used to smelling, which isn't made anymore.

Perhaps one of your neighbours is using it or you are subconsciously smelling it. But then some smells tend to linger. Im not familiar with lysol so i would not know if it lingers or not. I think pine is a smell that lingers though.

I smell it in the front room, not any bedrooms or kitchen, maybe your right, subconsciosly from a memory from my home or someone i love even at their home maybe

I notice in our kitchen, I can go for days, and it smells like someone's been cooking.

Thats kind of unusual but the other day i could smell like a paint type of smell it did not matter if i was inside or outside , I don't think there is anything to worry about unless this goes on for quiet some time with no explanation

I've gone through periods of smelling something akin to second-hand cigarette smoke at times, and laundry detergent at other times. Very weird.
