I don't know if it's just me but a lot of Influencers there seem to be very arrogant and self-absorbed. All they do is constantly showing off and bragging about themselves. A lot of people in the comments are also very rude; if you happen to make a comment they don't like, they'll attack you, even if your comment was innocent and inoffensive.

I’m still new to TikTok but from what I’ve observed it seems like a really harsh and unforgiving place, I can’t imagine how much useless information and negativity people consume from there on a daily basis. I’m sure there are nice corners of it, but I'm learning to avoid certain communities.

A few years ago, Tiktok was a hotbed of teenagers in our country and a lot of empty content was being shared, and because our boys were perverted, girls were using sex to get attention and make money. All of them became suddenly rich in a short time.

I actively entered Tiktok this year. I saw that the contents had changed a little more. It almost got rid of the profile of people and content I was talking about. I loved it then.

I tried to make money through live streaming, but I didn't succeed, because our people are unfortunately immoral. I was looking at paid fortunes, and I mean it in this sense, it was difficult to earn because of the freeloaders. Not to mention the fact that Tiktok cuts at least 70% of revenue...

When I look at the current content situation, I can say that the last time Tiktok was used by 8 billion people around the world. A leading app in every respect.

It's perfect for bringing up anything and making the song popular.

Whatever you call it, other platforms are dead.

By the way, I forgot to mention, Tiktok unfortunately practices global censorship. It restricts almost all serious issues that should be on the agenda. It doesn't post about the government, about anything that would touch the state. And it doesn't allow most broadcasts that even other platforms allow. It doesn't mess with meat and milk, it codes its own platform only as a place to goygoy, fun and make money.

I'm generally fine with it. If you are getting a lot of negative videos though you are probably caught in a bad algorithm. You just stop watching those videos and search for ones you'd prefer. Like I get a lot of comedy ones and cooking videos and there isn't a lot of negativity there.

Like any other platform, you got some really creative people on it, who make good videos. A huge amount of uninspired boring people, and sadly too many extremist and people who want to scam you.

Its really hard to quit once you start scrolling, harder than any other platform. So its dangerous for kids and teens who may get addicted really fast.
