How would you feel if NASA or ESA confirmed intelligent Aliens in Deep Space?

Recently there was an MSN article claiming the JWST discovered Dyson Spheres around 7 stars in outer space. If this is true, these alien species would be radically advanced on the same level as Star Trek humans.

How would this make you feel if it were confirmed?

Keep in mind, the Universe is so big that JWST is seeing stuff farther away than the Standard Model can explain. Some of The Scientsts are starting to think like I do: That the Universe is much older than the Standard Model explains too.

Secondly, dyson spheres can't exist because:
1. metals melt at tempuratures lower than any habitable star's surface.
and
2. blocking the star even partially would drastically change the tempurature of its surrounding planets, killing off all life on them.

This is another case of wormhole/hyperdrive pseudoscience nonsense.

Lastly, despite that, aliens do exist, statistally the odds are a 100% chance because its question of "how many planets out of infinity", meaning the answer is infinity. So if they discovered any of them, I'd be unsurprised, but happy any were close enough to us to see.

There are not an infinite number of planets in the Universe. It's not possible for a Vector space to exist in reality, therefore the Universe is past finite and finite in size. (Alan Guth et al, 2008)

Dyson spheres are not constructed on the surface of stars. They are constructed about 1AU away from the surface of the star.

Your first statement is incorrect, the universe is in fact infinite, with an unfinite number of everything in it. A finite space is impossible in reality, as is a start or end to everything. Alan Guth is clueless if he thinks its finite.

Your second statement is moot, as that is still close enough to melt the metals and will still result in drastic climate change on the star's orbiting planets, so its still unrealistic.

by recently, don't you mean about 3 years ago, as this was made public in 2021 or 2022, some time before russia invaded ukraine. it just went mostly umbothered with as so many other things were (still many more things) going on. plus many already had thoughts along the lines of believing so governments announcing they are real was mundane, taken as if the report was "the sun came up this morning" level.

I don't know of anyone who believes anything NASA say any more, because over the years they have been linked to so many cover ups. At least for me anyway, anything they confirm, I'd choose to believe the opposite!

Given the size of the Universe, it wouldn't make sense for God to Create so many stars and planets and not put something living on many of them. If humans were the only intelligent life in the Universe, it wouldn't make sense for God to create anything beyond the Solar System.
